Amaco BOH Contest
January 3rd, 2007
I entered a Bottle of Hope contest this week that AMACO is hosting, and here is one of my entries. The top 3 bottles will have $250 donated in their name to the cancer charity of their choice. Not holding my breath here, but I had fun making my entry!
The bottle is about 3″ in height and is covered in FIMO polymer clay. I used a texture plate on the walls & AMACO beveled cutters for the window frame & roof tiles. You can’t tell from the picture but there are windows on either side so you can see through the bottle. The crow’s eyes were made with garnet stones & he and his perch are removable (so you can put messages inside).

Love it! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that you come out the winner. Well, in my book, you ARE a winner… being among the finalists, Laura. Good Luck to you!

Laura, great big congrats! Using a very old cliche, “the cream always rises to the top”.
Hope they appreciate your great work.
