I absolutely love green & find that I’ve been making a lot of cards lately with it! Here’s a green, cream & orange combo card. The sentiment is a rubber stamp by Stampin’ Up!, the flowers are Creating Keepsakes, and the brad is Making Memories. Decorative edge scissors are seagull by Fiskars.

Here’s a rubber-stamped birthday card I made for one of my co-workers. Background paisley stamp & HB stamp from Stampin’ Up! The flowers were cut from matte board using a sizzix die & then stamped different shades of pink. The Happy Birthday sentiment is from Hampton Arts.

Here is another swap tin I made for our next polymer clay guild meeting (note: this is just a round Altoid tin). The face is made from a mold & the leaves are a cane. Both the face & decorated edges were antiqued with burnt umber paint.

Here is a pic of a thank you note that I gave to Mike for a very special Valentine’s Day:

It is a mini tag spiral-bound book made with a new gadget I ordered at CHA from Zutter Industries called the Bind-It-All. Click on more for a pic of each page. (Thanks stamp by Stampbilities; Couple stamp by A Muse; All other stamps by Hero Arts.)

This monogram letter was originally published individually in the Oct-06 issue of Rubber Stamper Magazine. Here it is in its original form as part of a simple card. Paisley stamps: Technique Tuesday, printer’s type alphabet: Hero Arts, Ribbon: American Crafts, Textured Cardstock: Bazzill Basics, Ink: Colorbox Chalk Ink

Our polymer clay guild has a “tin” swap next week. I took some leftover cane from the Sarah Shriver workshop & put together this lil’ guy. I can’t claim to have made the cane - it was one of Sarah’s but I like the way it looks like a flower when put in a chasing pattern in a circle. Kinda cool…

Fresh spinach salad. Who would’ve guessed?! I would never touch the stuff growing up, but just realized how awesome it is with fresh fruit, nuts, & raspberry vinaigrette on top. Yum! Yum!
