A scrapbook for Kaitlin…
June 3rd, 2007
I recently attended the Gold Award ceremony for a Girl Scout named Kaitlin Sullivan. She generously spent dozens of hours working with Brimming with Love (the charity project I founded in 2002.) Not only did she solicit donations, but she also organized three pillow & hat-making classes that we taught together in a local library. Ultimately, she & other members of her troop delivered the hats & pilows to local cancer facilities. Pretty cool for a Senior in high school, eh?
I made this 6″x6″ scrapbook for her along with a few other small gifts. The scrapbook contained pics from each stage in the project’s process.

Supplies: Bind-It-All Machine (including white O-wire, chipboard & pages by Zutter Innovative Products), Making Memories Paper, JoAnns brand “K” chipboard letter, ribbon & button from stash, 2 Basic Grey white layered flowers, Lace Fiskars border punch, Tim Holtz Ranger Distress ink in milled lavender

Great idea for a gift for Kaitlin. Would love to see the photos inside. Did you post those anywhere?
