Laura Griffin Designs

I attended a couple of great classes today at the Winter CHA show. The first was a terrific Hero Arts class using some card designs by Lisa Spangler & Sally Traidman. We played with Hero’s latest ClearDesign cupcake set. The images were so yummy that I got hungry! Luckily they had REAL cupcakes to feed us too! *LOL*

The second class was Distress-a-palooza with Tim Holtz. For any of you that have taken a Tim Holtz class, you know that they are a blast. He has such a high energy level & so much useful information to share. We made the below mirror using the entire line of Ranger’s distress products including the new crackle paints, distress inks, & distress embossing powders. We also used some great embellishments that Tim had found in a variety of antique stores across the country. I think he will be distributing similar embellishments in the near future.

The floor opens up tomorrow & I can’t wait to see all the new product for 2008! More CHA updates will follow!
