Metal die storage

February 23, 2013

I’ve been looking for a good way to store my metal Nestabilities and other dies for a while. With a little Pinterest inspiration, I finally found the perfect portable solution.

I had a couple packages of 13″x13″ cardboard Zutter sheets on hand (nice and sturdy). They come in packs of four. I adhered magnetic vent covers to one side (courtesy of Home Depot), which were easily cut to size with my paper cutter.

The finished sheets happen to fit perfectly inside of an Artbin super satchel container. You can generously fit 5-9 sets of dies per sheet. So needless to say, I have room now to grow my collection!
