I made this bracelet a while back with some bottlecaps that I forced friends to save instead of throw away.  I’m now collecting enough to make a belt! *LOL*

The butterflies are Dover copyright free images that I printed on my inkjet printer at home.  If you subscribe to Dover’s weekly newsletter, they send you some wonderful samplers that you can download for free to your hard drive & save for projects like this.  Here’s a link to their webpage.

Quick directions:
Clean old bottlecaps & open up a bit with pliers.  Drill holes on either side where your jump rings will go.  Print images (butterflies here) & cut out with a 1″ circle punch.  Edge with brown ink.  Cut out some chipboard words (Design Originals) & then put some of Ranger’s glossy accents over the top with a sprinkle or two of glitter.  Once dry, attach with jump rings & a toggle clasp & you’re done!
